PUPIL PATH, is a student information system for parents and students. Pupil Path allows parents and students to view important student and school information such as student attendance records, class schedule, assignment due dates and grades, graduation eligibility, school announcements and more. This is a convenient tool for both parents and students to keep up with class work and student performance. In order to access the system both students and parents must be registered using a code given to them by the school. Access is available on a desk top, laptop, Ipad, tablet and smartphone. All you need is internet access. At present we have almost reached our goal of 100% for student registration and are trying to achieve the same goal for parents. In an effort to do so we have been running Parent Pupil Path Workshops where you can obtain the necessary codes and get assistance in the registration process.

News and Announcements
JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes
MS 137 is a proud supporter of the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes) organization and has both raised funds and participated in their Howard Beach walk for many years. In continuing support for this extremely worthy cause we have decided to increase our involvement by running our own fundraising drive and organizing an MS 137 JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes on Tuesday, June 9th, 2015. As this day is a half a day of school for students due to a clerical mandated day for staff, the entire MS 137 population, staff and students will be walking from our building down Woodhaven Blvd. and Crossbay Blvd to Lenny’s Clam Bar where they will partake in several events and then return to school via the same route of travel. Students will be bringing home JDRF envelopes to fundraise from family and friends in the hopes of making a substantial contribution to this cause in the name of MS 137.
The official JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes, organized by the International Society of SS. Cosma & Damiano, is being held this year on Saturday, May 30th, 2015 at the Ave Maria Catholic Academy Schoolyard (formerly Our Lady of Grace). Registration will begin at 9:00am and the Walk will begin at 10:30am. The walk is three miles and is routed through the Howard Beach community. The day will include food, entertainment, t-shirt giveaways and activities. You can visit the www.walk.jdrf.org website to register in advance.
